1. Maybe 30-40k or more with the right buyer. I like spatha's and that one is nice with perfect +15% enchanted. Defense mod is perfect (worth 5k+ alone) and Barbed is a good hilt for swords. That requirement may drop the price significantly, but a swordsman with less than 12 swords is a idiot anyways.
2. 1-2k if that. It's not max dmg, the dmg mod is 11%(15% is max), and -5 energy is a big turn off. And to top it off it has a very high requirement of 12.
3. I'd say 15k with that low 7 str requirement. But that might be pushing it. Everybody thinks Defenders are ugly-which they are.
4. I shop sell any elemental mods that aren't perfect (+7 vs ele).
5. 2-2.5k is a fair price for this mod.
Good luck

The difference in skill points between 8 and 12 req is 60 (11+13+16+20). And even if considering a minor rune, the difference is 49 skill points (9+11+13+16). This allows flexibility of build, especially for those who aren't warrior primaries but want to use a sword for the controlled condition infliction.
In exchange for dealing 2-3 fewer damage a hit, you could have a respectable tactics as well as strength and a high secondary job attribute to keep you alive as the tank.
And finally, this isn't much of a concern anymore, but lower req means a new character can use the sword earlier. Imagine, with a swordmanship rune, that a level 6 (5 stat gains per level early on) can use a req 7 max damage sword and deal the full listed damage. You could go about soloing the first few missions until Yak's bend.
