In another forum I read that the power shot and power strike damage bonus is aded before the armor calculation so those shots work with lesser effect on High armored targets. Can someone confirm or deny that?
If this is true it means Power shot god one step of disadvantage since the lowers armor = 60 is 100%.
But I can also mean that with 16 marksmanship it will deal more damage than it is written since above 12 marksmanship you deal 100%+ the weapon damage.

I am almost certain that it is added before armor, so higher armor will reduce it. Thats why penetrating attack is almost always better.

It is added before armor. Penetrating Attack really is just plain better than Power Shot, any way you slice it.

Then what about - precise shot, determination shot, punishing shot and so on..shots/hits?

Against 60+ armor, Penetrating Attack is (apparently) just the best bow attack. If you have weaken armor or you're in low-level PvP, then Power Shot might come out a little better since 20% AP won't be as powerful against weaker armor. If you really want to test, you can grab 8 people and head to International District in Team Arena, but not knowing 8 people in GW I don't have that luxury.
Melee skills are a little harder to judge mainly because of Axes. Even though they have skills that can do +30 damage, they have that 6-26 damage spread. That +30 could be 36 or 56, we don't know until we use it. I personally haven't finished going though PvE with a warrior, so I don't have all of those skills yet.

As a warrior, pinesouls always damage me for the same amount with determined shot when I've got my armor buffs on, while their normal attacks deal zero, leading me to believe it adds damage after armor. More skills ought to be tested.

Something like 10 base damage can easily be negated with absorption and defence, but 26 can't be completely nullified.
