Hey Looking for my best bet I will be running this build on release:
Wa/Mo
11 Healing 10 Sword 10 Tactics or Strength
Sever Artery
Gash
Galrath Slash or Final Thrust
Frenzy
Watch Yourself!
Healing Hands
Healing Breeze
And wahtever Rez. spell is effective.
Looking for waht would be easier cuz Ive heard that strength related shields are well harder to find than the tactics ones and is the armor penetration you get from strength really worth it if you wont be finding a good shield due to the lack of strength shields? anyways just some finalizing touches on my build will be very very helpful!
Strength or Tactics?

http://www.guildwarsguru.com/content...tion-id270.php That ins't unusal. You can seriously waste points by speccing over 12 because the gain just isn't worth it.

That's not necessarily true. On your main damage line you want to have your attribute at high as possible to reach the maximum DPS. For example, my main attack line will always be lvl 16 providing I have the runes. Pushing Tactics to level 12 would be a waste though, so it really depends on what the attribute is and how often you plan on using it.
EDIT:
For this build I'd go 12 Sword, 10 Healing and 8 Strength or go 12 Sword, 9 Healing and 9 Strength. "Watch Yourself!" is only 4 Adren and can be built up quite fast. You might consider Mending in place of Breeze as well and use a +health while enchanted strength shield.

The 11-10-10 is one of the best 3 attribute distributions you can pick, especially since this is before the helmet and runes. Assuming two attributes that are are from your primary profession, this would most likely be 13-11-10 or 12-12-10 after runes and helmet.
Also, the difference between level 12 and 11 is almost negligable. Going with the 12-10-8 distribution gets one of your attributes up from 11 to 12, but it drops one from 10 to 8, losing an overall total attribute level. If the third attribute is something you can lower without suffering too much, then it could be the better choice, but if that third attribute is important to your build, the points are much better spent in the 11-10-10 arangment. The biggest thing is to just look at the pros and cons, "yeah I get an extra point in my most important attribute, but is it worth lowering my third attribute by 2?" and deciding what the build you're making needs.
That said, this particular build would work with 12-10-8 or 12-9-9 plus runes and helmet, especially if you're not using skills in either strength or tactics (I personally don't think tactics is worth it if you're only using watch yourself). I personally would go with:
12 Swordsmanship
10 Healing Prayers
8 Strength
and then switch Watch Yourself to an attack skill, Pure Strike in my opinion.

I have to agree that the 11 10 10 layout is most likely before rune + hat. There's no reason to assume he'd purposefully avoid using minor runes and a +1 hat.
It also looks a whole lot like the standard W/Mo PVE tank in the Warrior Basics thread.
It's solid. Restore Life is probably your best bet for a res spell, especially since you already have a high healing attribute. Rebirth can be very good as well, certainly worth considering, but you can't pick it up until far later in the game (Temple of Ages) while you can learn Restore Life at Yak's Bend.
I'm also not sure where you'll be able to learn healing breeze- last BWE it wasn't on any of the trainers I went to, so as far as I know it's capture-only. I'd probably just run mending early on til something better came along, because DOT damage is dangerous in the early missions.
I'd try to fit in an interrupt somewhere, they're just that important. Galrath Slash is pretty forgettable, IMO.
Finally, I'd go with Strength over tactics for the passive damage boost, but whatever works for you. Watch Yourself is linked to tactics, but it's largely negligible because it will be almost constantly charged.
