Basically this is the max damage 20/20 domination mesmer staff with a perfect insightful energy upgrade (the upgrade itself goes for 40-50k) and fortitude upgrade (+health). Start the bidding at 10k. Buyout is 25k (if you have a mesmer that needs a staff and want to avoid having to buy the perfect energy upgrade this is a great price and the perfect item).

yes, it was originally a max dmg 20/20 collector staff and then i upgraded it with the perfect insightful head and wrap of fortitude.
