WTB +40+hp -2 dmg tactic shield (while enchanted)

as mentioned im looking for a

+40-45hp (while enchanted)
-2dmg (while enchanted)
Max AC tactics shield (perferably 8-10 req)

any type of tactics shield is ok just need to fit this req tks

noone has one for sale?
i dun want to post offering prices here since i need to see mods/reqs first to determine prices but im paying well for a good shield

It's a difficult shield to get. Most shields with that mod are 30-35 hp
