For those who don't get it..

You aren't allowed to use Number's or Symbol's in your name when your set to the American server's. Ie Hua 8108 is an illegal name on the American Server's.

However numbers and/or symbol's might be allowed on the European or Korean server's, which would then mean that name was legitimately made - please note the person is in an International Disctrict. This means players from all 3 servers can be logged into the same district, and thus if Numbers and/or Symbols are allowed in either or both of the Korean and/or European server's... then no bug or glitch.

Would need someone who's set to either the Korean or European servers to confirm whether or not they can make characters with numbers and/or symbols in their names on those server's...

Could that be a chracater made at a specific moment, like a "bugged" one for a reason or another ^^or maybe some bugged display of the real name

a geomancer is a earth ele?

Pyromancer, Hydromancer, Geomancer and Aeromancer.

As for the numbers in the name, she's probably from the Korean servers. Seeing as their alphabet is based on completely different characters from the US/English.
