That sundering mod is worth 50k+ as it's perfect.
The +7 vs elemental mod is worth 5k tops but it is a perfect mod.
The bow itself maybe 20-25k as the req is too high and the dmg mod is not perfect (20<50 is max). I'd say people will pay upto 25k to try to salvage out that sundering mod.
Or you can salvage it yourself and take the risk. Nobody seems to want the +7 vs ele mod so it's doubltful you'd sell it for 5k very fast.
