Adjuct to New Player Sticky?

Note: I did a search for "vocabulary" (I didn't do "nomenclature" as that appeared an unlikely candidate.)and found nothing along this line so if there is some post somewhere to address this please point me and may it be reasonably complete?

Could there be a list by sticky or on the main site of the various acronyms for the skills, conditions, attributes, etc. with their actual full length name and a definition and/or links to any articles on the site that would further explain them? New players like me need this.
