Do gms recover

okay pretend i had like full fissure armor, i took pictures of it in my inventory and everything, and my chars get totaly wiped for some reason (hax0r or w/e) would they recover what ive lost if i took screenshots that could prove it was in my account?

probably not as nearly anything can be done in photoshop...but everything that happens in gw is saved constantly and put in files to be viewed by the devs later. so i think youd get it back

pardon my spam if its not allowed in this forum, but another question do gms track ur ip? so if some1 went in ur char and deleted all ur stuff just to be a jackass they could tell it wasnt u and recover ur stuff still? like if they did recover items

No they wouldnt do that, because they dont expect people telling other people what their passwords are.
Although trojans could have done it youd have to be into porn or lousy sites to get one.

ok generally you don't have much to worry about unless you are going to bad websites open attachments from people you dont know or download "3rd party" software for mods on GW. Relax man!

Nah they don't recover. Somebody got on my computer and deleted my dude, so I emailed support and they said "we do not currently have the means to retrieve a deleted character, that is why there is a safety feature to prevent accidental deletions"

We all do realize that the GW password isn't the same as your actual email password and therefor knowing only the email address really isn't going to accomplish anything, right?
The only way you are going to lose your GW password to someone is:
1. You actually give it to someone
2. You have a key logger on your computer
3. You have a trojan
So I'm pretty sure you'll be safe zephyr...
Oh ya, and don't worry about cookies... there is no way they will be able to effect your GW account... they are browser related only...

there is a software which tries every word in the dictionary and then tries as many combinations of numbers and letters until its switched off or found the password

that makes me feel better =) BUT! recently i reformatted my comp cause i had a trojan >_<! im gona lose my account!!! key loggers.. AHH!!!
