I'm not a Ranger/Necro, but that Enchantment Hate build in the Ranger Basics sticky above sure looks solid.

I can also see it's potential, especially with Curses.

Barbs works just as good as a conjure, might want that in there. Parasitic bond at 12 curses can keep you alive almost indefinetely. (PvE) Weaken armor is pretty hot as well. I don't know.. just look at all the skills. It's not that hard to find something you like. Necros have so many awesome skills.
