Here is a problem:

It is a good philosophy! However the current system didn't seem to allow it.

There is a big vacum in between the PvEer and the serious completitive PvEers.

Why?

For those who played PvE and want to try PvP, they can play arena. However the arena gets boring quickly. So those players move on and try the tomb of prim kings. However the tombs is made so only the serious players can get the most out of it. So now they decided to join a good guild to play GvG, but they will be asked "what is your rank?". Since they don't play tomb enough how can they get rank?

So the casual players has no choice but to go back to grind PvE. Then finally they come to a stage where they have nothing to do.

The problem is: something should be improved to help those PvEer to translate into PvPers!

6 vs 6, it's a format we need. More complex than arena, not as complex as tombs. And easier to bang together a PuG for.

There's no need to get a good guild to do GvG pvp, the ladder will match you appropriatly pretty quickly.

PVE players can join pve guilds that may eventually turn to GvG pvp.

The PvP aspect of the game has withered and burned. Mostly because no one can put together a good team anymore, unless it's an organized guild team. When all was available to everyone, you could just make a PUG, and have everyone in the group return 5 minutes later with PvP only characters and perfect a team build. Why? Cause no one lacked the resources to do so.

A.Net should really just sell the beta version of the game. It would last much longer than the release, cause the main long term aspect was thousands of times better.

Theorically yes... but

If the guild is too suck in PvP they simply don't play it.
