Nice Axe. People pay insane amounts for these Axes. I'd say 200-250k for a Gold Chaos Axe 13>50

Both staves need to be expert salvaged for the mods. I'd say you'd get 5k+ either the +25 or +26hp mods. The +5 Defense is 5k, the +4 Defense is about 500gp.

Get a second opinion on that axe since I'm not very great at FoW/UW items. It could be more, or less
