question about staffs

is it possible to add heads and wrapping to collector staves?

example:

cruel staff does 10-20 and has 10% chance to ad 1 to blood magic.

am i allowed to add a staff head or wrapping but still keep the blood magic effect?

Yes if it's a staff you can mod it with head and wrapping.

If it's a wand, then no you can't upgrade it.

The mods on collectors items are built in and cannot be swapped.

Collectors items cannot be salvaged, so keep that in mind when you mod it.

Sorry but the 10% +1 to blood magic can only be a staff wrapping, in this case, do not add wrapping as it will ask you whether you want to overwrite it.
