Exhaustion

Don't know if there's already a post on this because couldn't use the search facility, but can anyone explain to me the effects of exhaustion and also if there is any remedial activity that can be performed to remove it???

would also like to point out that glyph of lesser energy or glyph of energy can let you avoid exhastion if the spell cost is less than the energy reduction.

exhaustion is like removing a +10 energy focus, and it slowly goes back up to full.

no it isn't. point in fact with gale you only lose 5 energy if exhastion doesnt cause you to lose 10.. now this is complicating things uneccesarily and i would rather people just ignore these two comments and read the fine explination the gurus have .
