Either mod would cost 50k or more. I know hammer users don't prefer the Vamp mod since it has a pretty slow attack speed.
Only turn off would be the war hammer maybe? I know most ppl like the cool looking spiked hammers, twin hammers, mursaat, etc...

You realize that war hammers are the ones that could be spiked hammers?
There's 3 war hammer models, one is a giant rectangular block like the collector ones (also applies for rare ones), another is similar to ram's hammer, and the third model is the spiked version which you thought was a different item.
Could you please, please, please not do a p/c on an item you're not familiar with. If you want to see how close you are to the actual item's price, keep it to yourself.
There's 3 war hammer models, one is a giant rectangular block like the collector ones (also applies for rare ones), another is similar to ram's hammer, and the third model is the spiked version which you thought was a different item.

And you never really did anything to help with the original P/C. Oh yeah that's because there's no picture of the item. Same reason I didn't know exactly how good the item was. Guess I didn't state that clearly enough in my original post.

Um, after all what was said it would kinda make sense if you posted a picture of the item so we can determine which type of hammer it really is. Since there are 3 different types of them.
I'll stick to my original P/C regardless, but hey what the hell do I know?
