Hey all
I have seen pics of the cultist armor:

i have seen pics of the fanatics armor:

as you can see, they look the same...
I searched on this and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know if they plan on making two different skins? Also, is there 15k fanatics armor?

erm.. the gold and black one is the 15k version of the black and silver one. The 15k armours sometimes have different names to their 1.5k alternatives.

I seem to remember with my necro mancer having a full shoulder armor set on the left shoulder... I think

if I'm not making this up, they should of kept it like that.

this would mean there is no 1.5k cultists, correct?

So if the gold is the 15k version of the black armor, I really can't tell much (if any) of a difference...it's hard to tell with the difference in dye, but there's really nothing major. Perhaps another case of non-updated artwork.

The difference is the dyeable regions

on the 15k, it's the trim you can dye, and on the 1.5k it's the main area you can dye. It's the same as Hydromancers, i'd like to see some different art on these sets. The mroe recently updated stuff is getting whole model overhauls, where thre old stuff is just a reskin and change of dyed areas.

The reason they look so similar, is that the Fanatics set you have there has been dyed Black. Whereas the Cultists has been dyed Gold - giving a similar effect from them together. Fanatics dyed anything but Black won't look as similar.

but the 15k cultist armor is basicaly 15k Fanatics just with a different name since the Fanatics and 15k cultist armor look the same..

For me, they look the same.. Can't discover any difference... that's disappointing.

they dont look the same, it looks like itsthe same model to me, but the skin/texture and dye areas are different.
