This should be great for a W/Me (which I don't see a whole lot of). But I need to know what it'd be worth. It's the (while hexed) that makes me think it's worth about as much as an orange dye. Thanx in advance!

IT's one of those items that "the right buyer" will pay a good bit for. I'd say 5k+, but it might take you forever to find the right buyer.

Also could be a good shield for a Me/W or W/Me, but since it has a 12 tactics req. That's asking alot for somebody to put that many points into...

W/Me dont really use inspiration. They are either IW tanks, or just use blackout.
