WTB: 12/20/20 Collector Flame Artifact and Fire Wand

I know it's out in the snow somewhere but I'm too lazy to go find the collector and have seen them going for 2-3k (before I started an elementalist though). Also what's the best fire wand. I currently have the one from Elona (max damage & 20% recharge I think) but I'm not sure if there are any better ones. Let me know if you have any lying around and would be so kind as to not make me venture out into the snow
