Looking for Non-Collectors Air Equipment

Like stated in the title, i would like non-collectors air items (staffs, wands, artiacts). I would like them to be at or near max damage (or in the artifacts case, having the maximum base of +12). For the staff, general casting speed/recharge abilities are prefered. I would also like to by a decent precentage +1 to air magic part for a staff. For the wand and artifact, while enchanted effects are prefered.

Post the item you would be willing to sell here with a price. I can offer a decent amount of money, buti can tell you now that i probally wont be able to afford "perfect" items.

Actually the +5 enchanted is a frost artifact... The storm one has a +5 armor when health >50% (which could be better then enchanted?)

Oh, right. Miss-typed. Same response though. Ill wait to see what else may pop up.
