Can't see the file.
Did you forget to chmod the image file after uploading it?
Seems like it's being hosted on a linux/unix box.

On a side note, I mentioned above that you forgot to chmod it. The server appears to be running debian, which is a linux distribution.
If you have an account on the server, SSH into it and execute:

chmod 755 Auction.JPG

That should make the image public.
