im looking to buy a shield:

Armor 16. req (not a huge concern, but it must be lower than 13)
Quick Recovery From Blind
Dmg -2 While Enchanted

Armor 16
Health +30
Dmg -2 While enchanted

I prefer a tower shield, as they are cheaper, and are my favorite shield skin. I would rather have quick recover from blind, as i hate blind and is MUCh cheaper
