Guild wars 2 or Expansion Or mods?

Any one Know if there coming up with Guild wars 2 or an expansion any time soon? I would think that would be cool and i realy want some new stuff in the game. Anyone no if a Guild Wars 2 or Expanion is coming. Or do u No Any Mods for Guildwars please tell me.

Anet is more than likely (im about 99.99% + 00.01% sure, yay basic math) coming out with an expantion, when?... well, when they feel like it, i think the longer they take the better, that way it would seem they are spending more time on it, and until then they will make patches every now and again..

as for mods, im not 100% sure so ill leave that to someone else..

Thanks Ultimate Gaara You realived me lol. I thought they were gonna make some dumb new action game before they came out with an expansion. And even if they dont spend alot of time on the expansion it will still be good:P

well they may be working on other games, thats why i say they will release it when they feel like it...

Current schedule for an expansion is sometime first half of next year, followed by regular expansions after that of every 6-9 months.

I was thinking about that game and there are remarkable similarities...even in such an old game. Remember that dino that used fire? That's the fire ele similarity.

As for the origanal question.

There will be a free update within the next couple of weeks (2 weeks estimate) We will see sorrows furnace released. There will be a chapter 2 (Purchasable) coming 2nd part of next year (April 2006 onwards).

We've started showing screenshots of Sorrow's Furnace and Grenth's Footprints eveyr week, and we released a movie for E3 in May. We will have more to share in the time before this free live update goes live.

We should be talking about Chapter 2 in a few months. I don't imagine we'll have much to say for a little while, but we're definitely working on it. In fact, we are not engaged on any other project other than Guild Wars.

Primal Rage is teh win! Especially that T-Rex with the surfer/Los Angeles Laker color scheme. Or the monkeys! Or the wierd Raptor/Snake/Spitter thing.

Used to play that all the time in the Arcade, and I always used the Blizzard Gorilla guy. Because he could freeze people like SubZero!

Or the big spikey thing with the "Maiden Masher", where he'd toss you on his back spikes!

Or the crummy little villages that get smooshed! BUAHAHAHAHAHAHA

The best thing about that game though? The life bars! One is connected to a heart (via ateries/aortas) and one is connected to the brain (via synapse node). SHEER BRILLIANCE!

But, I can see the connections. That snake/raptor thing would be a Poisoner Ranger. Diablo (the Trex with the pyro complex) would be a AoE Ele. The big yellow one would be a Warrior (he has purely physical moves, mostly). It's like...zoom!

Thanks for the heads up Gaile. You know as well as anyone that we're (im)patiently waiting for Sorrow's and Grenth's to open up! It makes me giddy with excitement and also look forward to actually ascending...sometime...=P
