Major Vigor Question

I was under the impression that a Rune of Major Vigor increases your health by 40. So at level 20 (with max hp of 480) your health would become 520, right? For some reason my health became 521. Is this a normal thing to happen?

As far as I know a minor vigor gives 30 Hp A Major 41Hp and a Supp 50Hp. Unless its been changed recently.

So it does give 41? I was going by what this site has listed in the rune listing...

Yep, Major is 41 HP, Sup. is 50, Minor is 30.
