Improves Casting Speed using protection prayers skills (11% chance)
Enchantments last 13% longer
PC: purple fire staff

Expert Salvage the staff. It prob would not sell for much more than 400gp, and that would take entirely too long to find a buyer. You might get 750gp out of the 13% enchantment grip. Maybe a little more if your patient which I'm not
