Changing secondary question.

I heard 2 diffrent things and I have to make sure.

When you change your 2nd, do you get all your skills that you have unlocked?

I believe this should be in the Q&A Forums, but I think if you change your secondary you get no skill for that class. You have to go back and get all the skills. Correct me if I'm wrong but that's what I think.

When you change secondaries, you get the starter skills for that secondary only. If you switch back to your original secondary, you will get back all the skills that you had before you switched secondaries.

So no, if you have unlocked ranger skills with your ranger, switching your Mo/Me to a Mo/R will not give you the unlocked ranger skills. PvE skill possession is character specific, meaning that you will need to spend points to have it on each PvE character.
