I have two suggestions, they are:
1) Type /time in the chat box and it shows the current time on your computer.
2) When you attack a monster or use a skill and it says something like, "YOu can not see the monster you are attacking", or something like that, why not have them move by themself so they can attack?

The first I wouldn't mind.
The second is just dumbing down the game more.

Yea the first one is a good idea but the 2nd is crap

The second idea is silly, because some times it's good to know the other guy cant hit me while I hide around the corner and spam spells.

I agree with the first one.
Maybe not with /time, but something from the options menu where you can check mark if you want to have a clock on/off and may the position (upper/lower/left/right corner)
The 2nd is, like others already posted, not that much fun.
It's like saying: Please aNet, give us a bot, so that we don't have to sit in front of our computers all day long, because my boy/girl friend is already complaining that I spend more time with friends in GW then with him/her.

No.1s already been done...kind of.
If you type /age you get overall character info showing your time spent with the current character as well as total time spent playing (hours/days).
As for No.2...
If you can't hit a mob because of an obstruction...then there's a good chance the mob can't hit you either - ideal if you're low on life/energy.

No, #1 was to replace a wall clock or a watch. I would buy a watch
#2: I would go for disallow spell casting through wall (except for area effect spells)

Number one...would be cool I guess but it wouldn't really matter, I mean honestly how hard is it to hit your windows key and see the little clock in the corner of your monitor? In fact that's probably easier than typing /time.
And the second one...nah, if I can't hit someone, I move. If they can't hit me...well, they're not as smart as humans anyway, so let 'em keep trying. And magic should definately be able to cast through walls. Spells like phoenix and fireball still don't go through walls, but hexes/other magic still do, and...that makes sense, and should be left as is.
