In comparison to the axe the upgrade isn't really that expensive, I could replace it with a +11% axe mastery if you preferred. I apologise for the 'thread abuse'.

Please, don't abuse my thread. I'm looking for req 12 or less. Req 13 is not enough. I'm looking for cheap upgrades or no upgrades at all. Perfect +30 hp is not cheap upgrade.
