I would expert salvage the 2nd, 4th, and the 5th. The 1st I would say no more than 3k since it has a high 11 req and 18<50 isn't popular (nor is it perfect-if anybody buys a XX<50 item they pretty much want perfect 20<50), and the 3rd could net you 5k+ since it lowers hp. There are a handful of people that look for -hp items for various reasons.
The enchantment grip on the 2nd item could get you 50k+, fortitude sword grip on the 4th I'd say 35-50k, or possibly more, as these are in high demand.
