I am new to the game(very new) and I am wondering what is the best build for a necro? I am always healer/support chars in all MMO's.In wow i am a druid, in Diablo 2 i am a pallidan. And i really like the necros summoning so what is a good support build for a Necro(healer would be perfect) and i dont car what the secondary profesion is.

True efficiency runs in your primary stat.
Mes/Nec > Nec/Mes in terms of debuffing. Nec/Mes is easily interrupted and doesn't take advantage of his primary causing him to run out of energy too fast and just die horribly. If you want to debuff, race your enemy's casting skills with Fast Cast.
Nec/anything will achieve full potential by catering to a 10 or 11 Soul Reaping attribute. Unfortunately, since Death Magic is the only stat which will use Soul Reap to its full potential, any necro that's not Death Magic ends up being less than efficient. UNLESS that extra energy from dead bodies feeds something heavy energywise, like say an elementalist.
Someone posted a VERY good team protection build using minions as both a weapon and scapegoat.
It was a N/Mo that used Martyr and Infuse Condition combined with Dark Bond and Taste of Death Nova comboed. Quite useful I might add.
To take full advantage of Soul Reaping, you have to find a class that can drop enemies quickly, then use the bodies for either minons or Wells.
One ingenius Warrior/Necro, was using Death Magic in a very unusual manner. An Eater of the Dead build. He would utilize Consume Corpse alongside Vile Touch, Necrotic Traversal, or Soul Feast. His Warrior's Endurance kept him alive in terms of energy and Plague Touch has no stat needed so he was tough to put down without hexes. A very nifty way to make a Death Magic Warrior feasible...

I see your point, but I dont agree. It depends how skillful you are to do what you are suposed to do. I dont have any problems with my energy and I m lvl18.
