WTB max sword or axe with +14/15% while enchanted

i'd prefer axe over sword, and i'd like it to be cool looking...id like a few other mods too, but nothing godly or uber-rare, because i'd like to keep it under 20 or 25k if possible

Know there's a collector with 15% max dmg longsword while enchanted (req 9), can't remember seeing a similar Axe though there are quite a few collectors there and don't remember all equips they have

Yeah, but there are ppl, like me, who can't stand to use the fugly graphic of the collectors sword.
