my guild officer told me it was worth at least 100k to start at, so not sure what to set minimum bid for, plus look at req

I don't think that hammer is worth anywhere near 100k, or 50k.

I don't think hammer vamp 5/-1 mods are selling for much more than 30-35k, and that's about the only really great thing this hammer has going for it, besides the 8 req.
