Good, because "Fear is the path to the Dark Side."
I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.
Yep, I'm bored right now. Anyway, I'd much rather the ability to customize my spot where the 'ranking' is like some people can...

What Cole was trying to say is, this site is vastly against mindless posts solely for the purpose of increasing the "rank" of your name. If you are concerned about "keeping up" with someone elses post count, you need to take a look into why.
I believe that anyone with a custom "rank" is a moderator, or posts so often that they might as well be, but I am not for sure on that.
If you look at my post count, that is slightly higher than the minimum for my "rank." I don't really know how long I have been "high-coucil." I guess it doesn't really matter. If you want to listen to what I post, you will regardless of title.
BTW, I guess I'm one post closer to Godly Poster, Mwaaa haaa haaa haaa

exactly...post count doesn't matter. it's what you have to say that matters. Post count doesn't buy you credibility.

Anyway, with another forum's i'm a member of its random. Like for 100 posts you get "Tidbit of destruction" and 1000 is something else.
I dont think it matters, it just changes when you hit X number of posts.
It doesn't really matter, but if your just curious there is a thread about that. You have to go through a bit to get to the answer, and even further for when they added some new stuff

I'll admit that I only read them because they were assigned, but in the end I really enjoyed these pieces.
