I know that place, the AI has been bugged for ages. Happens if you leave out some other mobs and they just get stuck there, not doing anything.

Yes, i did report it. It's not much of a bug - since exploiting it only gets you about 5 free kills. And 5 free kills isn't really worth the trouble of getting there (since the way is covered by an exceptional number of undead). So I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't bother with fixing it.
