Question on changeing second class.

I am currently a Ranger/Monk When i get ascended if I decide to change my secondary from monk to elementalist then decide I don't like elementalist and switch to monk again will I gain back all the skills that i lost when i changed to a
elementalist or will i have to go and earn them all over again?
