Question about Pre-ordering.

Hello, I only played Guild Wars once, at the very first 3 day alpha testing, or something, I have forgotten. But, tomorrow I will be going out to EB Games and pre-ordering this lovely game, but I was wondering;

I have heard that if you pre-order this game, you can play on the 27th instead of the 28th, how does this work? When you pre-order do you just get to make an account? Or what?

Could someone please help me out? Oh, and any more details about pre-ordering would be more than welcome.

When you preorder the game, you get to play the actual game on the 27th and the 28th without having to buy the full version. once it hits the 29th, you get shut out until you buy the real thing.
