PC: Unique Water Wand

Ok ok, no one uses water. But the bonuses still occur whether you meet the requirement or not right?

I have a water wand, gold, max dmg, req.11 water, and energy +5 hp > 50%. So would that be worth anything at all? Probably means you can use a focus along with a wand type weapon, giving you more energy. IE: focus + 12 w/ energy + 15, regen -1 along with the wand whichi is +5 more energy?

The bonus energy will still take place. If you dont meet the requirement it means basically that the dmg will be like that of a starter wand (like 2-4 dmg instead of whats listed) but you still get the energy. It still isnt that great to use for a non-water who'll just use something similar with a req he can meet.

There are people who use water (like me ) I'd estimate the price of that wand to be 5-8k

(I'll buy it for 5k btw if youre selling and dont get a better offer)
