I have 2 tactics shields which are pretty decent, but I can't figure out their actual worth because I've gotten such a big spread from people online.

Reinforced Buckler
16 armor
req 12 tactics
+20 Health (unconditional)

Ornate Buckler
16 armor
req 10 tactics
Quick Recovery From Poison

Both are good, and the quick recover from poison is cool vs. rangers and I guess for swamp runs, so that's why I figure the spread is so big on "price checks" in-game. Anyway, I wanted an expert opinion so I know whether to keep or sell.
