need help on farming monk (maybe a little pvp)

ok, so for the whole time i have been playing GW, PvP was my focus....all my characters were PvP geared. Well decided it was time to make a farming char, decided a monk would probably be best way to go.

But me being me i need a little PvP (hey that rymes), so was just wondering if anyone could help me with a farming monk that could also hold his own in PvP (as an offensive monk not a healer).
