After doing whatever class path in the desert, you can switch your secondary class.
After switching, I would go to Yak's bend and Old Ascalon for those skill quest giver.
I list those out of place skill quest giver only:
Yak's Bend
Ranger - He is near the drawf's quest NPC. North of Yak's Bend~
Old Ascalon
Elementist - With the Ambassor of Kryta
Monk - South of Sardelac Sanitanum
Warrior - Just at the gate of Ascalon City.
Assuming you done all the skills quests before you switch your secondary class, I think that's all. Any other skills quests giver after you switch class I missed out?

What about Mesmer and Necro? Also from Sardelac.
And there's a ranger quest from Master Ranger Nente near Balthazar's statue in Old Ascalon too.

The Priestess from the Temple of Serenity has a monk skill quest, and there are mesmer and an elementalist quest givers there as well.
Mana Garmr
Ivor Trueshot in Piken's Square has a ranger skill quest, and whoever gives you the quest to find Old Mac, Armsman Pitney I think, which is a warrior skill quest. The necromancer there has a necro skill quest too, he's the guy who asks you to bring a casualty report to Tydus.
Also I think every profession has a skill quest in or near Yak's bend. I know there's a necromancer in there who sends you out after a renegade necromancer, and Van the warrior asks you to help Cynn find Mhenlo, which gets you two monk skills.
I don't think there are any class specific skill quests once you leave Yak's Bend/Traveler's Vale.

I recently changed my secondary to the remaining four classes and did the skill quests that became available.
First stop: There will be two or three quests in Old Ascalon for those who changed their secondary to warrior, elementalist, ranger and monk. The necromancer and mesmer quests are located in Sardelec Sanitarium.
Second stop: Those with a monk, mesmer and elementalist secondary should then go to Serenity Temple for one or two quests. Those with a ranger, warrior and necromancer secondary go to Piken Square for one or two quests.
Last stop: Yak's Bend has one quest for all classes except ranger. Their final skill quest in inconviently placed near the exit of Traveller's Vale, where a group of enemies will be more than happy to kill the quest giver.
By changing your secondary, you should have been given four skills for that class. By completing all the above quests, you should have a total of 14 skills for each of your four new secondary classes. The rest must be purchased or captured (assuming you've completed all those quests that reward you with a skill for your primary and secondary).

Someone put up a great compilation of quests that give skill rewards here:

It's really handy when changing secondaries.
