Hello, i get pretty attached to my char so it would be hard for me to play more then one. So having some for pve farming and pvp wouldnt work as well for me. I only played in one BWE and havent done much PvE past the pre seering, so what i am looking for is a character build that is:

1. Good for Pve solo/group in that order =)
2. Good for Pvp ( it should be convertableble into PvP mode just by changing out spells not the actual stats like swordsmanship...healing prayers...fast casting...ect).

I know i am asking for people to do all the thinking and planning for me but i figure there must be some experienced players that are waiting for release and have nothing to do atm =) This would be like a puzzle for them and i am sure i am not the only one who is looking for something like this.

Thank you.

what i thogh was pretty cool, was the fact that you could switch around your stats before the fight... like if your playing with your guild and have some good healers, you can put all your stat points on your warrior primary stats (strength, tactics, and mastery), instead of spreading them thin, by adding some to your monk abilities.. or vice versa, if you dont expect any help from your party members, you can put those stat points on the healing stuff you need, which is common in PvE

Well with your requirements of being first and foremost a solo PVE chose a primary damage dealing class either warrior, ranger, or ele with a monk secondary since soloing you will need the healing. Moving into coop pve you could then either be a striker and backup healer or a healer with some backup damage ability. PVP you would probably have to go speciality damage dealer and leave the healing skills completely out, not wanting to have to change your attribs will hurt whatever PVP style you go with, you will have to work on getting as many item buffs while building up in PVE as you can to compliment your line of skills you will go for in PVP to help offset that.

I'd strongly suggest using the search button to search the campfire by title only using the name of each profession. Limit the search to the last week or two to get the most recent, and therefore most accurate info regarding skill timings and items for buffs. You'll probably find some really insightful builds as many have already been posted.

You can also to to the main site and look at Freyas and Ensigns articles, those will assist you quite a bit too.

It's not that i am against changnig stats just it's limited and u can only change em so often, so it would be impossible to keep the stats how u want em if u go back and forth for pvp and pve.

I did look at other builds i been looking at this forum for like 3-4 weeks now but all builds i seen are either strictly pve, or pvp. Sure there are some builds that could work in both but none would work all that well as far as i could tell.

You realize you get 25 refund points and that you only need 250 exp to gain another right? So basically 6,250 exp to have another 25 refund points. This isn't hard to get man. If it were me I'd pick the top 3 PVE and PVP in the profession configurations you prefer and figure out of these which give you the easiest exchange of the 25 points that you can easily recover. Any builds from Ensign, Freyas, Alladar, Pharalon, Sausaletus Rex, Spooky, Black Ace, and many other Alpha Testers are very worth considering.

take a level 20 premade and feed it with your PVE character or make one of each and then feed it with your PVE one
best of both worlds

If you want a PvP & PvE character just play a pure Elem.

12 Air magic
12 Fire magic
3 Energy storage

Air is for PvP
Fire is for PvE

If you want better Energy storage sacrifice some from Fire Magic.
