WTB Shield W +HP (30 or greater), -2 dmg, both while enchanted

I'm not too picky. I actually prefer tactics, but I'll take strength if necessary. I also don't give a damn if it's blue, purple or gold.

This is what I want:

-2 received damage when enchanted (NOT in a stance)
+30 (or more) HP when enchanted (permanent is fine too, but NOT in a stance)

I DON'T want 16 armor, since I couldn't afford the arm, leg, and toenail required anyway.

For a 14 armor that meets my specs, I'll pay 10K.

For a 15 armor, I'll pay 20K.
