Hi All!

Im new to this forum. I guess this is one of the biggest, so im happy
being a member here =). I Have played GW since 2 days back. I have a W/M
and currently im playing the mission at Gates of Kryta. My problem occurs when im 50% done of the mission. Its after the party have joined a soldier, cant remember his name though. I've played the mission twice, once i did the bonus and finnished it, But at both times at the same place, ive had Blue Screen for 1 sec then the computer restarts.

My harddrive was formated two days ago, just before i installed GW.
It has the latest Drivers, Direct X9.0c & latest Ati Radeon (9600) drivers.
I have one antivirus program for the moment, Avast.

What is the problem, why does this occur?.
/ Thanks Red*

EDIT: System Board: Abit NF7-S Rev 2.0. Ram: 1 GB DDR.
Amd Athlon 2500+
Raptor 36 gig, 10 000 rpm.

I have almost identical system specifications to you, using the 5.5 drivers solved my issue. (I have a Radeon 9600 Pro, same motherboard, my processor is overclocked and different hdd's, plus 1gb of ram)

Remember when you install the 5.5 drivers to fully uninstall the other ATI display drivers, and use driver cleaner selecting ATI from the dropdown list, driver cleaner can be found here:

Everything works, using 5.5 catalyst driver. =)
