The two upgrades are probably better than the weapons themselves.
You could probably get 80-100k on the axe if you tried.
The bow is pretty interesting because it's a nice pvp setup. But the ranger's power doesn't lie in their marksmanship, but their build. A high req bow isn't going to sell very well. As is, you could stand to get ~100k from it being 14>50 and perfect sundering.
The high req and imperfect mod on the bow begs the risk to salvage out the string which you could probably get 60-70k on it.
