Still able to get all Skills?

With my first character I rushed through a lot of the missions to catch up to my friends, temporarily bypassing almost all of the quests in the process. At every skill trader I would buy them all thinking I'd get a skill point for those skill quests I duplicated. Whoops! This isn't the case, and now I'm wondering if I'll be able to get all the skills or not, or if it'll just take forever grinding the xp for all those extra skill points. I'm level 20 now, and right before the missions to go into Ascension.

yea ur still able to get ur skills, cuz after u are lvl20 u still get skill points. u dont get them quik tho, but u get them

It will take you very long to get the skill points I might add.

It will take a while, but if you start doing wuest in the UW amd FoW you will quickly gain skill points
