Can anyone tell me what I can expect for this:

Blue Eternal Bow dmg 14-27 req. 9 marksmanship. It has nothing on it but I could add a bow grip of marksmanship or enchanting. Thanks.

I'd just sell it for 500-1k and not waste your time modding it.
