Where's quik shot did it taken out of the game or something. I cant figure out where it is. i looked at the skill list, its on it. i looked at the skill trainer list, its not on it... im so confused!

quickshot = elite

you get it from the human boss in perdition rock (maxine coldstone)

ya i just found that out... on the list i looked at it just never said it was an elite ok ty...

You're looking for Maxine Coldstone at Perdition Rock, right?

Maxine isn't a 100% spawn chance such as some other bosses. This means you'll have to run through Perdition Rock a few times before you find Maxine.

Alternatively, you can earn Faction Points from PvP and buy it that way.

Then your PvE character still doesnt have it though - do they?
I never thought about that, I know items and runes and stuff don't get physically given to you, but would my PVE char be able to use an unlocked elite?
