Infuse Me With Enlightenment Please

Someone please explain to me how one goes about getting their armor infused. My armor is Armor rating 80, and I am eager to get this step done.

Anyone? (yes I have searched, but as someone else pointed out in this section of the forums, it is a veritable forest out there)

The forum's search function helps ... sometimes.

iron mines of moldun (sp?) mission. there are a couple other spots where the seer hangs out, but that is the fastest, easiest and part of the mission track to boot.
