It states you will gain a set amount of life when Parastic Bond ends. It's a chunk for 5 energy I have to admit, but my question is, what if the enemy dies long before 20s. pass [which is what you want really.] Do you still gain that nice chunk of health?

If so, then would casting Parasitic Bond on enemies who are about to go down an excellent option? According to the updated database [at least I think it's updated], it's 5en. and 1s. cast time.

That's WILD healing if you and your team can chop down enemies in short order... May I please have confirmation on this?

Parasitic Bond ends when the 1 health regen on you ends (20 seconds)...At least I believe so. I rememer this last BWE that your foe got 1 health degen, and you got 1 regen. Otherwise, it's when the dude dies.

Wait a sec, 1 regen health for yourself? I think you got it mixed up with Life Siphon.

From the last time I used Parasitic, it gave them 1 degen and you nothing... Though I don't remember that if killing an enemy counts as a hex 'ending' then you're given the 90 hp or what not.

I think you have a bit of an outdated version. Let's look at the skill description:

Parasitic Bond (Hex)
For 20 seconds, target foe suffers health degeneration of 1. You are healed for 102 health when Parasitic Bond ends.
Casting cost: 10 energy
Casting time: 1 sec
Recharge time: 2 sec
Relevant attribute: Curses

It's 10 energy for 102 health, at lvl 12 curses. Soul Feast is about a thousand times better. It doesn't seem very attractive.

It says "when parasitic bond ends", so that means you'll also get healed when parasitic bond is removed, or the target dies. It always ends.

If for some reason I cannot even begin to comprehend you are wasting a slot on Parasitic Bond, then yeah, casting it on a target that's about to die is a decent play. A better play, however, is relying upon your other seven skills for the remainder of the match and swapping out Parasitic Bond as soon as you can.

Peace,
