Is anybody else experiencing this while using +1 [%] items?

Well last night, I revamped my Smiter to be the same as Jelly Samwich's.

I would get level 17 Protective Bond roughly 1:5, aka 20%.

Today I tried, 16 tries later I get level 17!

I then go to UW and try, 13 tries later and I still don't got it, and the worthless, impatient Warriors already aggro'd 3 Aataxes, so I left.



Does anybody else feel these are being nerfed?

naw, just sounds like some bad luck. every time you cast it is a new instance in itself.

1st try: 20% chance
2nd try: 20% chance
etc.

Well that's common sense, but 2 level 17s in 29 tries? Wow.

who knows? maybe next time you try, it'll be twice in 5 tries.

Nope, 14 this time, doing Thunderhead >.<
