I filed a /bug about it, I figure it's got to be just my character that's affected. If EVERYONE is affected, and no one noticed it until me!? I'm pretty annoyed about it as it is... nothing like seeing the glyph-is-running icon and spamming a 15 en skill and hearing that "fa-chit" no energy sound, when casting it should be free.

No, no. It's gotta be just me. I'm overreacting. If it were global, someone, somewhere would have noticed this by now. Granted the vB search isn't that elaborate and gets confused on multiple quoted strings... but come on. It's a highly used skill. Someone on GWG would have posted this by now.

Please tell me it works O.K. for you guys.

You may be right, I dont have an elementalist so i couldnt tell ya. but this could easily go unnoticed as lightning touch is not a very popular skill

Lightning Touch is a skill, not a spell, so it is not affected by Glyph of Lesser Energy (and also Backfire).

Glyphs only affect the first spell you cast after casting the glyph.

And like the person above me mentioned, Lightening touch is a skill, not a spell.

OMG. It's a skill? That never crossed my mind. Conjuring lightning to my fingertips and shocking the crap out of adjacent opponents is a skill huh? Damn. That's not intuitive but it does explain why it doesn't work. Thanks.
